About the role

  • As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, provide HR related support and resources to all Swinerton companies; as well as, maintain and execute HR and compliance data, programs, and records.
  • - Act as primary administrator for drug/alcohol screening program which includes reviewing/monitoring results for errors and red flags; following up with HR Partners regarding necessary actions, distributing and following up on random selections to ensure compliance; ordering CCFs, maintain DER training needs, submit DER specific location access

Responsibilities

  • Maintain active and terminated employee files, including converting active to terminated each month
  • Manage file archives and storage, including purging and archiving files
  • As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, provide HR related support and resources to all Swinerton companies; as well as, maintain and execute HR and compliance data, programs, and records.
  • Act as primary administrator for drug/alcohol screening program which includes reviewing/monitoring results for errors and red flags; following up with HR Partners regarding necessary actions, distributing and following up on random selections to ensure compliance; ordering CCFs, maintain DER training needs, submit DER specific location access
  • Maintain current listing of Federal, State, Local and Company mandated employment posting requirements, and distribute notifications and material to Field HR as changes approach (update in SwinNet as well)

Nice to have

  • Administer Company's Preferred Driver program, which includes ordering, reviewing and reporting on employee motor vehicle reports on a regular basis

Compensation

  • $24.00 - $36.00 Hourly Rate
