About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our passionate team.
As a Senior Software Engineer at Venteur, you will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of our products and applications, directly impacting the lives of thousands of individuals who rely on Venteur for their health insurance needs.

Design and build end-to-end experiences for the Venteur platform, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance.
Lead and mentor new hires or junior engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical, operational, and business requirements for our platform.
We believe this will lead to better outcomes for all individuals.

Strong technical background, including 5+ years of experience building impactful products at scale.
You have a strong fintech background, having navigated financial regulatory requirements while delivering technological solutions.
You possess solid ML fundamentals and demonstrable experience with generative AI models.

Both front-end and back-end experience coupled with anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally.
Commitment to high-quality code that is tested thoroughly, supported by clear documentation, and has appropriate production observability.
Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of data structures, OOP, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
