Hire a sales and technical support team that have skills and attributes to meet and exceed business and quality objectives.
Establish and implement best practice sharing within the region to aid in achieving the projected sales and PET (Patients Expecting Therapy) quotas.
Develop and provide coaching and feedback (sales, communication, clinical expertise, etc.) to all members of regional team.
The Regional Manager will lead all aspects of the commercial development of Inspire Therapy to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) in a defined geographic region.
The Regional Manager will hire exceptional sales and clinical support talent.
