About the role
- The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for working with the local and remote teams to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, process optimization, vendor/materials coordination, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, develop and implement manufacturing and operational strategies aligned with

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, and/or quality environment, including
- management or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, PCB manufacturing and inspection
- processes & product development lifecycle.
- programming, and various manufacturing metrics and KPIs.
- Direct experience in NI LabVIEW & TestStand and/or IPC-A-610 inspection standards are
- considered to be an asset.
- A strong grasp of administrative operations, including facility, infrastructure, regulatory and
- quality aspects of the organization.
- Experience in the power systems or protection relay industry preferred.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems required.
