About the role

  • Responsible to the Director of Production at BMC Creative, assisting with University production services, print operations, and serving a university-wide customer base that extends to ETSU Health clinical locations and administrative offices.
  • Knowledge and experience of print operations, including prepress, offset printing, wide-format, and digital press technical protocols.
  • Operational knowledge and understanding of finishing equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Able to safely use production equipment, which may be hazardous. Able to safely maintain production equipment, including equipment repairs.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree desired, preferably in Print Technology, Graphic Imaging, Industrial Management, or a related field with relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in progressively responsible roles within the printing industry.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Non-exempt positions are required to be posted for a minimum of five (5) days.
