About the role
- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $107,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $212,600.00 in our highest geographic market.
- Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
- The ideal candidate brings experience applying advanced analytical methods, statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, and machine learning to solve challenging business problems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve data science and advanced analytics capabilities that support Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and enterprise business partners.
- Build reusable analytical workflows, models, and data products that increase automation, consistency, scalability, and speed to insight.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that drive growth, profitability, inventory productivity, and consumer outcomes.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to improve data quality, governance, accessibility, and usability across the modern data ecosystem.
- Advance data literacy and strengthen the data science community by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and exploring emerging Artificial Intelligence capabilities that responsibly scale decision support and analytical impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, business analytics, Business Intelligence, or related technical roles.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, modern cloud analytics platforms, and visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
Compensation
- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $107,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $212,600.00 in our highest geographic market.
