About the role

  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $107,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $212,600.00 in our highest geographic market.
  • Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
  • The ideal candidate brings experience applying advanced analytical methods, statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, and machine learning to solve challenging business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve data science and advanced analytics capabilities that support Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and enterprise business partners.
  • Build reusable analytical workflows, models, and data products that increase automation, consistency, scalability, and speed to insight.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that drive growth, profitability, inventory productivity, and consumer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to improve data quality, governance, accessibility, and usability across the modern data ecosystem.
  • Advance data literacy and strengthen the data science community by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and exploring emerging Artificial Intelligence capabilities that responsibly scale decision support and analytical impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, business analytics, Business Intelligence, or related technical roles.
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, modern cloud analytics platforms, and visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $107,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $212,600.00 in our highest geographic market.
