About the role

Eligible candidates hired into qualifying FULL-TIME positions at participating Kauaʻi clubhouses may qualify for a temporary monthly stipend.
Must reside 20+ miles from assigned clubhouse.
Helps to oversee LIT and YOY for their clubhouse including events related to YOY and LIT programming.

Analyzes and reviews teen center's membership levels and average daily attendance and develops and implements strategies to increase membership and ADA including outreach.

Performs all other duties as necessary to ensure the success of programs under his/her jurisdiction.
Assumes the role of primary liaison to Teen Center for support staff, responsible for communications and planning, delegating as appropriate.

Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of two years' work experience in a youth-serving organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work with teens and youth, including "at-risk" youth.
Ability to work independently and well with others on a team.
Ability to operate a personal computer, using word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of agencies and community organizations.
Plans and takes actions required to obtain community and volunteer support.
Plans, implements and participates in special activities (i.e. field trips, camps, etc.) and travel as required.
Prepares and submits required written reports, letters, data tracking, memos, etc., on a timely basis, and in compliance with deadlines, to Clubhouse Director and/or Admin.
