About the role
- The Entertainment Biller is responsible for accurately preparing, processing, and managing billing and invoicing for entertainment projects, events, or clients.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an understanding of industry-specific billing practices.
- The Entertainment Biller works closely with production teams, accounting departments, and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
- Support financial audits and reviews by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in billing, accounting, or financial management, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight timelines.
- Proficiency in billing and accounting software (e.g., Media Pulse, SAP, or similar systems).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position with standard Home/Office hours
