About the role

  • Rebound is looking for Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPC + MH Qualification, LMFT, LCSW) in Tennessee to join our network.

Responsibilities

  • ongoing consultation with other team members; specialized clinical training with experienced trauma and PTSD providers; information on the latest research advancements in the field; technical support and clinical protocols; 1:1 mentorship to discuss complex cases; and an open, receptive environment to provide feedback.
  • A full suite of support through continued mentorship & feedback Investment in new technology built to improve the Rebound Therapist experience and allow our Therapists to continue to focus on Member care.

Requirements

  • As a Rebound Therapist, you will see our team is committed to achieving clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and providing proven & visible clinical outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Independently licensed experience 3 years, 5 years preferred
