About the role
- BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder for our Retail Operations team.
- This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management.
- A candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Will assist the store in periods of high volume and provide support for new employees
- A Key Holder will assist the store in periods of high volume and provide support for new employees, providing excellent customer service while driving sales.
Requirements
- 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
- Ability to work with fluid schedules
- Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
- Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours of operation and availability to support stores on nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Team-oriented mentality
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Compensation
- Gopuff/Bevmo! pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
