About the role
- This hybrid contract-to-hire position will be originated in Arlington, VA.
- Usability Assessment and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive usability assessments using various methods (user testing, heuristic evaluation, etc.).
- Identify pain points in existing software products and propose enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Champion user-centric design principles throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Leverage user data and analytics to inform design choices.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that align with user expectations.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years in UI/UX analysis, with a track record of successful projects.
- Advanced proficiency in usability testing, user research, and interaction design.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
- Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
