About the role
- NO THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES/RECRUITERS*** Baldwin Paving Company, Inc. is currently hiring Laborers - Roadwork Paving to join our team.
- This is a full-time position operating on 8- to 12-hour shifts based on project demands.
- Work hours may include early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends depending on paving schedules, weather conditions, and production needs.
Responsibilities
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work and follow verbal and written instructions.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA and company policy.
