Responsibilities

  • Essential Job Functions Proactively maintain overview of each principal's workflow and task list; anticipate next steps and implement follow-up procedures to ensure each task is appropriately tracked and carried through to completion.
  • Support and track executive-level projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely completion of action items.
  • Provide occasional event planning support for team retreats or leadership meetings.
  • Support the drafting, editing, formatting, proofing, and preparation of materials, including emails, letters, presentation decks, meeting agendas, memos, budgets, etc.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and organization of key documents.
  • Manage all matters with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Requirements

  • The ability to work additional hours beyond the normal schedule may be required, especially around relevant election dates or filing periods.
  • Some infrequent travel is required.

  • Job Classification Non-Exempt Compensation $31.25 to $33.65 per hour depending on qualifications.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and process accurate and timely invoices and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate time allocation and prioritization.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefings as needed.
  • Attend some meetings, serving as note-taker and task-organizer.
