- As a Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet rigorous standards for usability, safety, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment through training, adherence to policies, and proactive housekeeping.
- Perform inspection activities using PI tape, micrometers, and ovality gauges.
- Validate impact and skin testing processes.
- Investigate non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
- Support and mentor operators in quality procedures.
- Collaborate on material trials and new product evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to wear required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- Ensure tools and equipment meet company standards.
- Identify and resolve product quality issues.
- Monitor production output and run conditions to ensure compliance.
- Complete documentation and quality reporting accurately.
- Develop a strong understanding of operational processes and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or technician role.
- Proficient in using hand tools.
