Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Data Product Management: Define and manage the roadmap for our core performance data tables. You will treat data as a product, ensuring that our internal datasets are documented, reliable, and standardized for consumption across the enterprise.
  • Surface Integration & Product Trio Collaboration: Partner within a "Product Trio" (Engineering, Design, and Product) to integrate performance data into internal reporting tools and customer-facing surfaces.
  • Insights Standardization: Lead the effort to harmonize data sources across the company.
  • End-to-End Data Product Management: Define and manage the roadmap for our core performance data tables.

  • We're looking for a data-fluent Product Manager to own data on artist performance - for example, data on streaming, listeners, and social performance on digital platforms.
  • You will own the full lifecycle of performance data, from the integrity of our backend pipelines to the way that data is visualized and integrated into our flagship end-user products like WMG Pulse.
  • Warner Music Group is also home to ADA, which supports the independent community, as well as artist services division WMX.

Requirements

  • Experienced: You have at least 5 years of product management experience, including some experience with data platforms, data engineering, business intelligence, and/or reporting platforms.
  • you are quick to share credit with your team and accept responsibility when things don't go as planned.
  • Mission-Driven: You are a music fan motivated by the fact that your work directly impacts an artist's ability to grow their career and get paid.
  • You have at least 5 years of product management experience, including some experience with data platforms, data engineering, business intelligence, and/or reporting platforms.

Compensation

  • CAD 116k-CAD 135k
