About the role
- As a Senior System Validation Engineer at Mytra, you will join our Software Validation & Release Team during a period of fast-paced growth as we develop & scale Mytra's next generation system.
- On this team, you will work closely with engineers across the organization to drive system reliability, while also building scalable practices, tools and infrastructure to enable teams to ship complex, hardware-dependent code quickly without compromising reliability.
Responsibilities
- Own the full life-cycle from gap identification to deploying automated validation processes that improve reliability across the Mytra system.
- Build and scale automated hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), software-in-the-loop (SIL) and simulation test infrastructure to ensure robust regression detection.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and fix hardware, software, and firmware issues identified throughout the release process.
- Own system validation burn down - tracking issues in the release pipeline, driving them to closure, and enforcing accountability across software, firmware, and hardware domains.
- Manage teams of agents to deploy and maintain internal validation and release web products that enable cooperation, velocity and reliability across the Mytra organization.
- Experience developing firmware validation tests for both HIL and SIL testing.
- At Mytra, we build bots, but we hire humans.
- The best outcomes come from diverse perspectives working together to build something meaningful and built to last
