About the role
- We are looking for experienced Field Service Technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial reciprocating compressors across North America. This role is ideal for hands on technicians with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoy traveling, working independently, and supporting industrial
- customers in the field. Responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and compressor overhauls. • Install, inspect, repair, and commission industrial reciprocating compressors and related equipment. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. • Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring
Requirements
- Replace relays, sensors, transmitters, and perform basic PLC troubleshooting when required.
- 3+ years of experience servicing industrial reciprocating compressors, industrial engines, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Experience replacing relays, sensors, transmitters, and performing basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Experience with equipment from manufacturers such as Ariel, Burckhardt Compression, HOERBIGER, Kaeser, Belliss & Morcom, AF Compressors, Ingersoll Rand, or similar.
