About the role
- This is a high-ownership role where you will sit at the center of customer delivery.
- You'll need to be credible with technical and scientific teams, precise about what success means, and pragmatic about how to move fast while respecting the complexity of their workflows, data, and internal decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own life sciences engagements end to end: manage pilots, deployments, renewals, and expansions from scoping through delivery and measurable customer impact
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery: partner with Field Team members, engineers, researchers, GTM, and customer stakeholders to keep work moving and risks visible
- Build trusted customer relationships: serve as the day-to-day engagement lead for technical and executive stakeholders across life sciences accounts
- Strong project management and customer communication skills, with the ability to drive clarity across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex technical, scientific, or enterprise customer engagements from scoping through delivery.
- Ability to learn AI/ML and life sciences concepts quickly and translate them into practical customer-facing plans.
- Required experience
Nice to have
- Experience in engagement management, solutions, consulting, or implementation for technical products.
- Familiarity with pharma, biotech, computational biology, drug discovery, clinical development, or scientific research workflows.
- Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or other deeply technical products.
- Track record of growing strategic accounts through strong delivery, trusted relationships, and clear expansion paths
