About the role
- Job Title: Global Financial Analyst Summary: This role is responsible for leading financial consolidation, process alignment and improvement, and reporting and analysis across the global business for Working capital & Operations SG&A.
- This individual will be a key member of the Operations Finance team, interacting with Manufacturing, Procurement and the Supply Chain Finance teams.

Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of working capital improvement initiatives
- Support automation and digitization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Identify opportunities to optimize cash outflows while maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Support implementation of standardized payment practices
- Inventory & Operational Support
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory levels
- Support short- and long-term cash flow forecasting
Requirements
- The following are required for the role
- BA/BS degree required in finance, accounting, business or related field
- Ability to work with a multicultural team in different time zones
- Demonstrated ability to meet work and project deadlines producing high quality output
- Critical thinking and strategic mindset
- Strong Influencing and leadership skills
- Presentation Skills (Oral and Written / PPT)
- Process Digitization
- Strong Team player
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
Compensation
- Short term disability with 100% base salary coverage.
- Student debt pay-off program.
- $52,400 - $76,780
- The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
- Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.
- Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments.
