About the role
- Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
- Assist with UAT by preparing test materials, tracking results, coordinating user follow-up, and helping ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and update SOPs, training materials, and job aids.
Responsibilities
- Support finance transformation initiatives and related process or system changes.
- Maintain testing logs and documentation; identify, raise, and escalate testing issues as needed.
- Track project deliverables, issues, and actions; follow up with owners to support timely resolution and escalation.
- Document current-state processes, pain points, and user feedback to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain project quality metrics, reports, and related trackers.
- Coordination, Training & Operational Support
- Support training, communications, and transition activities for system and process changes.
- Monitor post-go-live activity and support stabilization efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Analyst: 2-4 years of relevant experience

- Senior Analyst: 4-7+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, accounting operations, financial systems, reporting, audit, process improvement, or project support roles
