Responsibilities

  • Our system drives demand, converts it, and helps operators run their business day to day.
  • RestX is building the autonomous operating system for restaurants.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time shipping customer-facing product features
  • Experience with our frontend stack (React, Next.js) and/or backend stack (Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • High degree of cross-functional collaboration - past colleagues in product, design, and business would speak highly of you

  • Work on mission-critical systems that directly impact guest experience with our product, restaurant revenue and reputation

Nice to have

  • Experience with workflow orchestration, automation systems, or AI agents is a plus.

Compensation

  • The estimated starting base salary range for this role is $210K-230K depending on level, location and experience, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package
