About the role
- This is a unique opportunity for a physician who wants more than simply stepping into an existing patient panel.
- While our wellness clinics are already established and operational, Primary Care is a new and expanding focus area for the organization.
- Importantly, this is a dedicated Primary Care role.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Primary Care services including preventive, acute, and chronic care management Build and grow your patient panel over time Develop long-term patient relationships centered on continuity of care Help shape clinical workflows, patient experience, and operational processes for the Primary Care division Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary clinical and operational team Practice medicine in an environment designed to support quality care rather than rushed patient volume
