Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on Dropbox equipment and supporting systems.
Escalate issues quickly when additional technical or operational support is needed.
Communicate professionally with partner teams, vendors, and Zipline employees.
Identify recurring problems and share ideas that could improve site reliability, safety, or the partner experience.
The ability to manage your time, prioritize work, and move between multiple sites.
Comfort working independently while staying connected with a larger support team.
Partners receive professional, responsive, and reliable support.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
Ability to commit to the full six-month contract.
