About the role

  • Kohler Co. manufacturing teams are hiring!
  • This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.
  • Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment Basic electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Shifts Needed: 2 nd Shift 5:48pm - 6:12am (2,2,3 - Scheduled) Opportunity Are you ready to build a career you can be proud of?
  • Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.

Requirements

  • Key Qualifications Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to read and interpret simple hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, structural blueprints.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 1 year manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Electrical license.

Compensation

  • Starting at $32.00per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and Weekend Shifts.
