Requirements

  • Experience with configuring CCaaS
  • Experience with AI Contact Center: Building conversational AI and workflows for Intent Models, Knowledge Management and External Data Storage

Nice to have

  • The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field plus six (6) years of experience in a computer related occupation.

Skills

  • Experience with configuring CCaaS; Contact Center Metrics and Analytics (KPI's); web chat and digital channel configuration.
  • Experience with REST API's and SDK's.
  • Experience translating business need into technical specifications for complex, enterprise level engagements.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, AWS, Node.js, CSS, HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript.

Compensation

  • $213,512.00 - $223,512.00
  • This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below.
  • $110,600.00 - $194,400.00
