About the role
- As a Senior Manager, you are accountable for the timely delivery of monetary transactions for Fidelity clients.
- You will provide management of day-to-day operations and staff, assuring adherence to prescribed levels of productivity, accuracy, service levels, compliance and controls.
- Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

- We will support you while you learn the FINRA licensing material and work to obtain your Series 99 license
- Establishing and executing plans and setting clear goals that drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable delivery of quality, cost, and service delivery goals
Requirements

Nice to have
- Previous experience working in the Financial Services Industry, Financial Operations, or Operational Risk preferred.
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- You have proven leadership skills
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
- Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and driving opportunities to improve the business

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Remittance Services also supports Fidelity's growth with high quality, cost effective, and innovative service solutions through technical solutions, talented associates and processing expertise.
- In this role, you will be part of the Remittance Services business unit, supporting a broad range of activities of customer deposits and payments.
- Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
- Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
- Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less.
- Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
- This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
