Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance programs to optimize building performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess building systems and identify maintenance needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the onsite Maintenance team.
  • Assist with Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Supervise, train and develop the assigned Maintenance team
  • Provide technical expertise and support for construction projects.
  • Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans.
  • This includes supervising staff, managing work assignments, performing complex maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely.
  • The Maintenance Supervisor II will also be responsible for responding to building emergencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
  • College degree is a plus.

Compensation

  • $100,000- $120,000 Annually + Comprehensive Benefits Package Schedule: Monday- Friday
