About the role
- The Sales Associate plays a key role in guest conversions, member retention, and fostering a strong community aligned with the mission of SWTHZ.
- This job is a part-time position covering weekends*
- SWTHZ LOCATION: 2311 N Orange Blossom Trail, Suite 200, Orlando, FL, 32804
Responsibilities
- Onboards new members successfully and assists with all member retention activities in order to drive club profitability
- Effectively schedule appointments and follow up on all leads and potential new business opportunities.
- Communicate and promote marketing campaigns and special offers to leads and existing members.
- Manage leads using company software and execute daily outreach activities to maximize conversion.
- Partner with the Studio Manager to ensure a best-in-class, member-centric experience.
- Build strong name relationships with members and act as a resource for their questions and concerns.
- Clean and sanitize suites between sessions and maintain the overall cleanliness of the studio, including common areas and equipment, in accordance with SWTHZ standards.
- Uses problem-solving, creativity, and negotiation to drive win-win outcomes.
- Strives for excellence, continuously improving to deliver high-impact results.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on relationship-based selling and value-building
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable with administering CPR/AED protocols.
Nice to have
- Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
