Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
Collaborate to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
Deliver extraordinary service throughout the recruitment journey with transparent communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial requisition creation, to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent preferred.
