Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
  • Deliver extraordinary service throughout the recruitment journey with transparent communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial requisition creation, to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
  • Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent preferred.
