Responsibilities
- Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System to update work orders and track accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely reports to leadership
- Track and maintain compliance program records, compliance audit action items and provide status updates
Requirements
- 2 years' data entry experience and/or 2 years' maintenance coordination or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to input data with a high accuracy rating and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
- May have authority to request quotes and approve repairs for services required to maintain equipment
