Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in real estate, finance or accounting.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel 5%.
  • This role includes interfacing with Borrowers, Servicers and client representatives, so the candidate must possess awareness and ability to interact with others in a professional manner.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of property insurance and tax.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Establish and maintain deal cash flow projection models and quarterly/annual valuation models.
