About the role

  • Training and coaching the A, B, and C operators.
  • The shift is 3 PM - 11 PM, Monday - Friday.

  • Performs manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as filling, labeling, packing, or closing containers.
  • Validates and organizes jobs in accordance with the bill of materials and special work instructions based on current and future job orders.

  • The employee is occasionally required to sit
  • The employee is rarely required to crawl.
  • The employee must possess the mandatory ability to react and move quickly in case of emergency.
  • ROLE SUMMARY Required to operate safely, filling and packaging equipment according to procedures given by the Manufacturing Manager.
  • Lead Operators A, b, and C, assigning jobs in the line to operate safely, with the quality required, and the performance needed.

Compensation

  • Compensation Information: Hourly Rate between $23-$30, depending on experience ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
