- Acts as a technical leader at group, department, and cross-functional levels, responsible for managing Technology, Solution, and System architectures and ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards.
Responsibilities
- Develops and drives discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives, including enterprise solution and system architecture.
- Provides architectural leadership and design guidance for enterprise service management, ServiceNow, and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.
- Ensures quality and effectiveness of major initiatives through sound architectural design, early risk assessment, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Partners with business, HR, OEC, IT, and BTS stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- Shapes and manages relationships with vendors and partners in alignment with corporate values and enterprise standards.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate solution options and design architectures that balance business needs and long-term sustainability.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- As a discipline expert and technical leader, drives functional performance by designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions that enable and accelerate delivery of new or improved products and services.
