About the role
- Data Infrastructure Development: Inform and influence the development of MyPrize's data infrastructure and metrics to enhance monitoring, measurement, and analysis.
- Strong analytical instincts in analyzing data, delivering key insights, and when to prioritize speed vs. perfection.
Responsibilities
- We're seeking a Director of Analytics to lead our growing analytics function.
- Develop complex analyses and rapidly translate them into refined and clear insights, subsequently communicating them with actionable recommendations for the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, aligning stakeholders on clear objectives, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
- Build out useful dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key metrics to inform leadership awareness and decision-making.

Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in analytics and data science functions, ideally at a high-growth consumer tech, gaming, or SaaS company.
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong SQL knowledge is required.
- Proven track record of excellent data science and analysis skills with measurable impact on performance and team efficiency.
