- Experience evolving mature, business-critical systems while continuing to deliver customer value
- Experience developing Engineering Managers and Staff+ engineers and creating leverage through other leaders
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development and a strong point of view on how AI changes engineering practices and the software development lifecycle
- We care much more about your ability to understand complex systems, make sound architectural decisions, lead modernization, and use new tools effectively than experience with any particular language or framework.
Nice to have
- Experience with ticketing, live events, commerce, payments, reservations, inventory, or similarly complex transactional systems is a plus
Compensation
- Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music
- The salary range for this role is $236,000-$341,000 USD.

- Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care
