Requirements
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

- Program management experience in supply chain, supplier management, or compliance-driven environments
- Experience in manufacturing or complex hardware environments with global supply chains.
- Strong ability to translate supplier inputs into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Program management experience in supply chain, supplier management, or compliance-driven environments; trade compliance experience is strongly valued.
- Proven success in supplier-facing roles, especially driving communication, engagement, or data collection across external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building structure from the ground up.

Compensation
- $77,800.00 - $132,300.00 Annually
- Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
