About the role

  • Build, test, and maintain a suite of robust bioinformatics tools, workflows, and analysis modules.

Requirements

  • Occasional travel required for team meetings.
  • No specific degree required - if you can do the work well and collaborate with humility, we want to hear from you.
  • 2+ years of experience building and managing bioinformatics workflows (e.g., Nextflow, Snakemake, WDL, CWL).

Compensation

  • Annual base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000, based on experience.
  • San Francisco Bay Area pay range
  • $130,000 - $160,000 USD
