About the role
- Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC Regular PRIMARY FUNCTION The Assembler assembles kits made of Mechanical Parts, Hardware, Fasteners, Adhesives.
- This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.
- Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- However, personnel who demonstrate consistent leadership & communication skills, combined with technical knowledge, quick and proactive involvement with people and processes are generally considered for promotion as a Lead and subsequently acquire greater roles and success within the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations, detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Trade School Graduate with 15-year technical experience in an Aerospace, Military, Defense, Manufacturing, Army, Assembly, or similar background
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening
- Need to know how to use computer, ability to multi-task, ability to follow a process, overtime may be required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- A fast-paced multi-tasking customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance.
- Overtime may be required.
- Ability to know and pull correct specifications for the uses of any style hardware, adhesives, fasteners.
- Ability to follow and train teammates in all processes related to the assembly of product.
- Some work experience as a assembler or apprentice
- A fast-paced multi-tasking customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. Overtime may be required.
