Responsibilities
- Support clients in defining digital banking product strategies, use cases, business cases, implementation roadmaps, vendor or platform considerations (e.g., Alkami, Bakebase, nCino, Terafina, Fiserv, Plaid, FIS, etc.), pilot design, testing approaches, and adoption plans.
- Support management with expansion of client opportunities through account knowledge, cross-selling, proposal development, commercial discussions, and relationship building across new and existing clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate consultants and managers, set clear goals, provide feedback, address team challenges, and contribute to recruiting and capability-building efforts.
- Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with consulting experience and deep knowledge of retail banking (e.g., deposits, lending, payments, customer experience).

- When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Engineering or a related field
- master's degree preferred.
Skills
- Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- $142,800 - $145,700.
- Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.
