About the role

  • In this role, you will focus on our CDN and edge computing ecosystems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across various international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design: Lead the network architecture design and operational management for global CDN and edge computing infrastructures.
  • Optimization & Evolution: Drive the iterative upgrade and optimization of global edge network architectures to meet evolving business demands.
  • Data Center Design: Manage the systemic design and deployment of edge data center (PoP) network facilities.
  • Proven track record in edge network design foucsed on performance improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design for large-scale data center network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with global ISP network architectures and workflows
  • ability to effectively analyze, locate, and resolve complex global network issues.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Routing & Switching and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Experience with large-scale internet CDN providers, ISP backbone networks, or hyper-scale data center architecture and operations.

Nice to have

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin with international teams preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell is preferred.

Compensation

  • The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $131,000.00 to $246,800.00 per year.
