Responsibilities
- Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
- Maintain parts inventory and related records.
- Most importantly, you will be responsible for providing consistent and clear communication using our service app to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
- Required Availability, Experience, and Skillset:
- Must be able to safely work outside during all seasons with potential exposure to the elements.
- Must have a high level of personal integrity and work well with minimal supervision.
- Must have Basic Electrical and Mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
- Comprehensive Training: Learn everything you need with us, during the hands on -in the field training- no prior ATM experience required.
Nice to have
- An associate degree is preferred.
- Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is preferred.

Compensation
- In addition to the hourly rate, this role pays an extra $6.00 per activity completed.
- Control Your Take Home Pay: Your productivity drives additional earnings beyond your base rate of pay.
