About the role

The Strategic Account Management Associate has responsibility for tracking and communicating daily, weekly, and monthly activities for a cross-functional team of hospital account managers at all levels.
This role provides the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the Healthfirst business and is an entrée to larger roles within the Account Management organization.
There is an expectation that the incumbent is an individual who is interested in learning and growing within the Account Management organization.

Ability to align and coalesce numerous team members
Ability to identify areas for improvement
Experience with process reengineering documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft suite of applications
