Requirements
- Experience reviewing and evaluating contractor or subcontractor safety and Industrial Hygiene programs.
- Experience working in field-based safety leadership roles.
- Ability to influence personnel and leaders across multiple organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DOE, nuclear, federal government, or major construction projects.
- CSP, CHST, or other relevant professional certifications.
- Experience with respiratory protection program management and exposure monitoring.
- Knowledge of Integrated Safety Management (ISM) principles.
- Experience supporting 24/7 operations and rotating work schedules.
- Work Schedule and Environment
- Frequent field presence in active construction and industrial environments.
- Must be able to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and extended hours, as project demands require.
Compensation

- $160,000 - $190,000
