About the role
- The Human Resource Generalist has responsibility over the day-to-day activities within human resources.
- The position will interact daily with the Recruiting staff, Hiring Managers, Accounting, and Program Managers at the Company.

Responsibilities
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work under tight timeframes and problem-solve
Skills
- Prior experience in government contracting
- Experience with Paylocity
- SHRM or HRCI certification
Compensation
- The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer.
- Because Core One is committed to seeking top talent, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- $70,000 - $80,000
- Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.
