About the role

- You research and analyze processes, information management and data processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues
- Provide technical support for the implementation of new products and tools.
Requirements
- The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential.
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients (level 5)
