About the role
- We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer operations.
- This is not traditional solutions engineering or implementation consulting.
- Half of your job is deeply technical execution across the stack.
Responsibilities
- You will write production code, own deployments, design workflows, and create new abstractions that become core parts of the platform.
- Build workflow orchestration systems, internal tooling, and customer-facing interfaces
- Design resilient systems that coordinate complex operational processes
- Partner with engineering and GTM to rapidly iterate on high-leverage workflows
- Build automation that removes operational burden at scale
Requirements
- Comfort operating across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data systems
- The ability to move fluidly between technical depth and business context
- Experience with workflow orchestration systems
- Experience deploying AI-powered systems in production
- Experience working in highly customer-embedded engineering roles
