About the role

- In this staff-level role, you are responsible for monitoring feeds, creating engaging posts, and directly interacting with attendees across platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, BlueSky, and Telegram.
Responsibilities
- If you are a naturally creative storyteller who can maintain a fun, on-brand tone while navigating fast-paced internet spaces, you will thrive in this role.
- Typically 3-5 hours per week, depending on support volume
Requirements
- Problem-Solving under Pressure: The ability to "think on your feet" when a schedule changes unexpectedly, drafting clear updates rapidly while maintaining a calm, reassuring public demeanor
- A proven ability to quickly learn the convention's style guide, platform-specific posting workflows, and crisis communication protocols

- You are a crucial link for real-time information -sharing schedule updates, highlighting cool moments on the floor, and answering public questions.

Skills
- Social Media Experience: Prior experience running a brand, club, event, or high-engagement personal account on modern social media platforms
