About the role
- As a leading B2B SaaS company, we provide automated reporting software tailored to the unique needs of marketing professionals worldwide.
- Not a whiteboard strategist - someone who digs into how our 40-person engineering organization actually works, finds what is slowing us down, and fixes it.
- You will report directly to our CEO and will be a key voice in how our engineering organization evolves.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery cadences and the systems that help teams stay accountable and productive.
- Build the processes and metrics that give us visibility into how teams are performing without creating bureaucracy.
- Own the processes for preventing and responding to outages.
- Drive a culture of blameless post-mortems and continuous improvement so we get more reliable over time.
- You build trust quickly - with founders, with engineers, with product partners.
