Typically has a BS degree or higher from an accredited university.
5~10 years' experience in system engineering, test planning and execution.
Experience in managing direct reports
Experience leading development projects for products in the field of wireless communications.
Ability to define project scope definition and communicate the scope clearly through system/sub-system and requirements definition
Ability to ensure new capability is systematically verified.

This position reports to the Director of Waveforms within the Tactical Communications Organization (TCO).
The essential duties and responsibilities include:
The WST staff will consist of both System Engineers and Test Engineers.

The posted range is annually and for individuals located in the San Diego, CA area.
