Responsibilities

  • Lead the Eugene Community
  • Maintain leadership presence within a seven-day residential environment.
  • Develop and Lead Staff
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support professional growth while maintaining accountability for performance.
  • Partner with organizational leadership on hiring, onboarding, staffing, and talent development.
  • Lead a Community.
  • Develop a Team.
  • Mansfield Hall is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Eugene, Oregon community.
  • You will lead a talented multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams, managing people, and carrying significant organizational responsibility.
  • Experience navigating high-pressure situations requiring sound judgment and effective decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance people, operations, and organizational priorities.
  • Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals is valued but not required.
  • Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in education, residential programs, student development, nonprofit leadership, behavioral health, youth development, community-based organizations, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
